The flute is crafted from aromatic eastern red cedar in a very hard to find key within Butch Hall Flutes of D#. The Butch Hall D# is absolutely one of my favorite lower register flutes of Butch's. It produces a lovely warm, resonant, and captivating tone. The mouthpiece uses a zebrawood endcap to add a bit of contrast. It's a rare and valuable addition to anyone's Butch Hall flute collection.
Care Instructions
- Keep out of extreme heat and direct sunlight
- Wipe inside of bore with a soft cloth after playing
- Occasionally apply a light coat of almond oil
- Store in the provided bag when not in use
